COACHES INFORMATION - SPRING 2008

  1. Returning teams must make their $200 deposit by February 13th to retain their spot. Location or Night change requests are based on availability.
  2. New teams will be moved into available slots on a first-come, first-served basis in order of the deposit date/time.
  3. We'll be contacting you with the email address that you used to make the deposit. If you have a different email that you would like to use, please let us know ASAP. Email is our primary form of communication with coaches, so it is important that we have an accurate email address.
  4. All team rosters, shirt sizes, and team colors must be entered into the Team Entry system by February 22nd. This information is used for the shirt order so any changes to team counts or shirt sizes after this date must be approved by KLOB.
  5. The mandatory Coaches Meeting is Thursday, March 6th. Coaches or Assistant Coaches must attend. Location TBD.
  6. The T-Shirt Pick Up is scheduled for Monday, March 10th. The remainder of your payment is due along with your signed team roster printed from the Team Entry System. Location TBD.

  • Complete Roster & T-Shirt Information by 2/22/2008
  • If you do not complete your team registration & t-shirt order by 2/22/2008, you will forfeit the $200 deposit.
  • Print out your team roster and waiver from the site have all your players sign. This is due at the coaches meeting
  • Available shirt colors ---> COLORS
